Use the secure form on this page to request deletion of your Pip store account. Enter the same email address used for your Shopify customer account. Pip will send a verification message before processing the request.

Before you submit

• This request applies to your Shopify store account, account access, addresses, and customer profile.
• Your glucose log is stored only on your iPhone and is separate from your store account.
• If you want to remove readings from the iPhone, use Erase Local Readings in the Pip app.

Active AutoShip

In the message field, include exactly one of these choices:

• I do not have an active AutoShip.
• Contact me to verify AutoShip cancellation before deletion.
• I explicitly authorize cancellation of my active AutoShip as part of this deletion request.

Pip will not cancel or change an AutoShip without your explicit authorization.

What deletion means

Deleting your store account removes your Shopify customer profile and optional account access. Pip may retain limited order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records where required. Your glucose log is stored only on this iPhone and is not deleted unless you separately choose Erase Local Readings. If you have an active AutoShip, you must explicitly authorize its cancellation before it will be changed.

Verification and timing

Pip confirms receipt of the request immediately. After verifying the request through the Shopify account email, the Pip privacy team generally completes deletion within 30 days, subject to any legally permitted extension. Pip will confirm when the request is complete.
