Pip Pen Needles

Often, yes, if your medication pen uses a standard Type A pen needle. Pip Pen Needles are designed for standard Type A medication pens, including many insulin pens, Ozempic multi-dose pens, and Zepbound KwikPen.

Device format matters, because some GLP-1 devices have built-in needles and do not use separate pen needles. Always check your medication instructions and ask your pharmacist or healthcare provider which needle size is right for you.

Right now, we only ship within the United States—including all 48 continental states, plus Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We don’t offer international shipping just yet, but we’re hoping to expand in the future.

At Pip, we don’t bill insurance. Instead, we keep things simple with one clear, upfront price—no hidden fees, no surprise copays. In many cases, we’re actually more affordable than what you’d pay for an “insurance-covered” brand after copays and deductibles.

The good news: Pip products are covered by most FSA and HSA plans, and we accept FSA/HSA cards right on our website.

If you’d like to check with your insurance provider directly, feel free to share our receipt or UPC code from your purchase (online or in-store) to ask about reimbursement. But the bottom line? You don’t need a prior authorization or paperwork to get started with Pip.

Just head to your Account Page, click "Manage Subscriptions," and choose the subscription you’d like to update. From there, you can adjust your delivery schedule, product sizes, or anything else that fits your needs.

We hate to see you go! You can cancel your Refill Plan by visiting your and clicking on the "Manage Subscriptions" button at the top. Under the subscription you want to cancel, select Manage this subscription, and then click on "Cancel this subscription."

Zepbound KwikPen is different from the Zepbound single-dose pen. Lilly instructions say the Zepbound KwikPen uses a KwikPen-compatible pen needle and that the pen needle is not included.

Pip Pen Needles come in 32G x 4mm and 31G x 5mm sizes and are designed for standard Type A medication pens. Always follow your Zepbound KwikPen instructions and ask your healthcare provider or pharmacist which needle size is right for you.
